where to find the information about the interrupt

hi ! 

i am working on a system needed to write the interrupt programme, but i donot know where to find the concerned information! could anybody be kind to tell me !

what about reading the Nios II manuals available at http://www.altera.com/literature/lit-nio2.jsp (http://www.altera.com/literature/lit-nio2.jsp) ?
