why my niosii IDE can't debug

hello all, 

when my program is smaller than 64k,my niosii IDE can debug,but when my program larger than 64k ,the IDE can't debug, can any body tell me why?

We'll need more information from you about your system and program to help you. 

The IDE definitely works on applications larger than 64 K so it must be something 

unique to your setup.
