Debugger No Longer Appears in Visual Studio 2008

I have both Visual Studio 2008 and 2010 installed and have also installed the most recent Intel OpenCL SDK version. After updating though, the debugger no longer appears in the Tools menu of the 2008 version, but does appear in the 2010 version.

Is there a way to re-enable this? I have removed and re-installed the SDK several times, but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Could you please try to perform the following command:
"devenv.exe /setup"
in the VS 2008 directory ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE")
