HD4600 crash: fcl build 1 succeeded

Using the following OpenCL with a HD 4600 device (as found on a Dell AlienWare 17) stops compilation with:

fcl build 1 succeeded.

Build failed!

 

Video driver is 10.18.10.3496 (latest available through DELL support web site), OpenCL SDK is Intel® SDK for OpenCL* Applications 2013 R2.

The complete source file is known to compile and work with AMD OpenCL, NVIDIA OpenCL en Intel CPU device OpenCL. Attached is an excerpt which still has the crash behavior.

Note that the reversing order of the two kernels warp and hrInit in the source code seems to make the problem disappear -- which for now seems a good-enough work around for me,
