Have New i9-10940x and GPUPI 3.2/3.3 crashes with Intel's Opencl Driver 18.1

The title says it ALL.

Additional Information : I have a EVGA x299 Motherboard, a i9-10940x, 4x8GB DDR4-4133, and have run different Nvidia/ATI/AMD video cards. I'm using Windows 7 as my Benching OS. I have successfully ran the program with a i9-7900x and a i9-9820x in the same MB with the same OS, I just changed CPU's.

I have even been able to bench the i9-10940x using AMD's OpenCL driver 1.1, 1.2, and 2.0.
