I don't know where to report this issue, so I'll do that here.
There's a problem on this page:

When one tries to get an old OpenCL CPU-only runtime (e.g., Linux version 16.1.2), all the links point to one same page offering to download the 18.1 version.
You can easily check that by looking at the productId codes of the various links, which are always the same for all the versions.
