I need an Intel Smart Sound Technology driver that is suitable for i7-8565U CPU and Windows 11;
Since updating my Windows 10 laptop to Windows 11 and installing the latest drivers, the sound on my laptop no longer works. In Device Manager, there is a yellow exclamation mark next to the Intel Smart Sound Technology Driver OED and the system speakers are greyed out. The system says: no device is installed.
Could you help me?

You need to get the correct version of the sound drivers provided by your motherboard/system manufacturer. Once you have them, I suggest that you completely uninstall all of the existing sound drivers and then install those package(s) received from your manufacturer. Most manufacturers have these drivers available for download on their websites.

Thank you very much, that's a step forward. Unfortunately, my laptop model is apparently so old (almost 6 years) that it can no longer be found on their website. Therefore, I am unable to search for the appropriate drivers there.
I have already tried searching for similar models (by identifying my model on the website), but that didn't help either. This apparently similar model I found has Windows 10 as its operating system. You need to know the operating system and even the version to search for drivers. However, I have upgraded to Windows 11. Nevertheless, thank you very much again for your help.
