OpenCL CPU Runtime calls ioc32.exe. Should it be calling ioc64.exe

I noticed that when I build the OpenCL Runtime template with MSVC 2019, it calls ioc32.exe. Should it  be calling ioc64?

I installed intel_sdk_for_opencl_applications_2020.3.494 on Windows 10 - 64 bit.

I figured this out. You can change to ioc64 by selecting the platform via Build -> Configuration Manager
