clinfo lists 0 platforms on ubuntu 20.04

I have installed the following packages from the oneAPI APT repo on ubuntu 20.04:

intel-oneapi-runtime-compilers-2024

intel-oneapi-runtime-opencl-2024

intel-opencl-icd

 

But clinfo lists 0 platforms.

 

I have tried the same on ubuntu 23.04, and it works as expected.

Looks like it was due to libxml2 missing
