installer fails for intel_sdk_for_opencl_applications_2019.5.345

When trying to install the SDK, the installer fails.  See error_1.png.  If I debug the installer, I get the contents of error_2.png

Hello Butler,

 

We are working on this issue right now.

As workaround, please try to run "install.exe --net3.5".

Install.exe is located in .zip archive of OpenCL SDK.
