My 14900K Runs Hot, Immediately Pegs to 100 with Cinebench. I have a 360mm AIO and plenty of positive pressure. Idle is 35-40 degrees. Where should I start? Thank you!

Taake it to a repair shop and have them reinstall the cooler.
