It is not if the board is compatible with your card. It is if the card is compatible with your board.
An H61 board is ~13 years old. You want a six year old card to run on a 13-year old board.
Maybe, maybe not. And, AMD cards historically have had a difficult time with backward compatibility.
Also, your H61 board bios. Is it updated as much as can be?
And, your RX580, if it does work, will be performing at PCIe 2.0, not PCIe 3.0.
The only answer is try it.
I can say that I have had good success with older nvidia cards running on older motherboards.
Also, there is no indication who made your H61 board. Yes, it says Intel. But manufacturers stuff whatever they want in those fields. An Intel board would provide you the model number.
And, you can upload pictures directly on the thread rather than posting them on whatsapp.

I do not use AMD cards, so I cannot make such a recomendation. You could ask AMD - it is their card.
