Absolute Outrage Over Intel's Deplorable Support and Lies - Warranty Request 06356528

To Whom It May Concern,

I am beyond furious. The blatant lies and utter incompetence your support representatives have fed me for the past 10 days are absolutely unacceptable. I shipped my FAULTY Core i9 14900KF on Tuesday, September 24th, based on your rep’s guarantee that the replacement process would take 5-7 business days from the DHL pickup (see attached screenshot). I trusted that information, but that was the first of many lies.

Once I received confirmation of delivery from DHL, I reached out again, only to be told that validation would take 1-3 business days. It has now been FOUR days past that estimate, and I still have no clue where my CPU is or what’s going on. I’ve tried contacting you through your ticketing system and via email, only to be COMPLETELY IGNORED. I then called your support number in Holland, where I was promised an update within 24-48 hours. Well, guess what? NO ONE BOTHERED TO UPDATE ME.

Today is Friday, October 4th, and I called AGAIN, angrier than ever, only to be told by the same representative that my product was validated and I’d have an update by the end of the day. Guess what? Another lie. NO ONE got back to me, once again proving that your support team either doesn’t care or has no idea what they’re doing.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE MY CPU IS OR WHAT INTEL HAS DONE WITH IT. This is not just an inconvenience; this is impacting my WORK. I depend on this CPU for my workstation, and being without it is costing me valuable time and money. This is beyond negligence—this is disgraceful customer service.

Intel should be ashamed. First, you knowingly ship a faulty product and play the blame game, then you halfheartedly admit your mistake and drag your paying customers through the mud, bouncing them from lie to lie. Shame on you. I will never invest another cent in your products, and I will make sure no one I know does either.

If there’s anyone there who actually cares to do their job, my Warranty Request number is 06356528.

So, a quick update about the status of my CPU.

I got a replacement CPU today, 3 weeks after sending my faulty one back.

I appreciate getting a replacement, but I have to admit this process requires serious refinement.

The only tip I can give you is calling Intel support BY PHONE, and nag them.

i really hope this one will last.
