Any help from Intel

Hi guys so finally managed to buy a 12700k cpu but would constantly freeze and now nothing it will not respond. Is it possible to return the product - is it possible to get help from intel 

Even got another motherboard but it is not posting

In reference to this scenario, based on the fact that the problem with the processor is also happening while using a different board, we would recommend to get in contact directly with the place of purchase and claim the warranty on the unit. Normally they have a 30-day warranty period.
