Can't install Intel Graphic driver on Windows 10 ver.1809

Hello. I use i9-9900k and ASUS Maximus XI HERO. I have installed Windows Pro 10 ver 1809 17763.55 on a clean M2 SSD and can't install video driver win64_25.20.100.6326 which I downloaded from this website. The window says "This system is not does not meet minimum requirements". I don't even see Intel HD Graphic 630 in Device Manager, I see only my video card RTX2080Ti.

Your video card is likely to have disabled your onboard graphics.

Remove the video card, use the onboard graphics and connect to your monitor. If you see the boot screen, and then the Windows 10 desktop, that confirms that your video card was the reason you did not see HD 630 graphics.

Otherwise in bios you will possibly be able to set what graphic card to enable - discrete or integrated.

我也和你有同样的问题，但是可能要比你稍微好一点，我用的是版本是windows10 LSTB Enterprise，在这个系统上我可以正常的安装显卡，但是后来我将系统换成windows10 1511 Enterprise之后，就和你出现了同样的问题，无论从哪里都不能安装显卡驱动
