Thank you for posting in Intel Communities. We'll check this issue with your system. May we kindly request for an SSU log file so we can view your current configuration?
- Download Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save.
- Send the file
- Also, was this occurring even before during the first few weeks you were using the system?
- Are there issues you're encountering with it like System or App crashes, slow performance of your system, overheating, etc?
- Have you attempted to troubleshoot the system? If yes, please list the steps you have taken.

Sorry for the late replay, but installing older bios fixed the issue. I have asus z-790-pro wifi motherboard, went from the newest back to 1645. Also cinebench score went up from 34500 to 37000.

Thank you for the response. We suggest that you contact your motherboard manufacturer to report this issue with the latest BIOS. They may have altered some features and default parameters with their BIOS 1658 that may have impacted how the power delivery behaves with their latest BIOS.
