Dauerhafte Fehlermeldung beim Intel-Treiber- und Support-Assistenten

Liebe Intel-Gemeinde,

Struppi

Hello Struppi,

Thanks for the confirmation. Before we continue further, I would like you to try the following:

1. Clear the browser cache and close the browser.

2. As a test, try to run the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) with the antivirus disabled.

3. Try disabling your Ad Blocking extensions and privacy-related extension on the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) webpage.

4. Run the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter:

5. Uninstall the existing Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) tool in the system using the Uninstaller tool and download and install the latest Intel® DSA version:

I'am faced with exactly the same problem. This started around early April 2023 after many years of fine operation.

Message is popping up: 'IDSA unable to search for update', but icon in task line shows: 'IDSA is up- to- date' and Intel support website says 'for Your system are no drivers available'.

What is right ??   Think this is a bug in Intel's software, as some of my mates are reporting same irritating messages.

For more details pls refer to Struppi's initial issue ...

Best wishes

The icon only says updates available or no updates available. If it can't search (can't read the database), no updates will be available, so this is consistent - if useless.

Thanks for Your interest im my (small) problem.

Message as per screenshot tag 1 pops out regularily since Early April 2023 ... (IDSA is unable to search for update)

Icon in taskbar  shows at the same time  a green tick with the remark  as per screenshot tag 2  ( status is up to date)

When calling Intel's support website it responds  according screenshot tag 3 (for Your system are no driver available)

Think that's somewhat confusing to a 'normal' user.

Neither the repair function in Intel's software nor a deinstall/reinstall - approach could catch the bug.

However, this is a wrinkle and my computer is still working fine. So, should I neglect further notifications ?

Best wishes from Germany
