Disable 2 cores in BIOS - what TDP ?

If I disable 2 cores of 4 core 80w Xeon E3-1220 cpu in motherboard bios - what TDP I'll get - 80w or half - 40w ?

I must be sure on this.

You will still get the same 80 watts, since the wattage is not limited per core, it is for the whole processor itself, no matter the number of cores enabled on it.

So fully loaded it will dissipate the same amount of heat as with 4 cores enabled?

Amount of heat concerns me not wattage - but this is the same or not ?
