E-2288E single core performance

Hi,

We are testing now single-threaded app on E-2288E with HT, C-state and virtualization support off, also with cpu isolation, where OS (CentOS 8.0) works only on core0. And when we run our app on core1, we noticed much lower app performance than running it on other cores (2-7). Why is it slower on core1? Are there any resources shared between those cores?

Thanks for response, but this is Xeon, not embedded Atom processor.
