Bonjour,

J'ai un processeur i7-6700K avec S-Spec SB2BR donc affecté par l'erreur SKL067

Quelle est la politique d'Intel pour résoudre ce problème ?

Remboursement, remplacement... ?

Merci pour l'information.

Hi pilippeulm,

I would recommend that you contact Intel Customer Support as mentioned above at http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html

Also make sure that you get the latest BIOS for your system, it will contain latest fixes and also latest microcode update for your CPU.

I hope this helps,
