Hi I have a problem with the Intel Core i3-9100F processor, the processor keeps normal temperatures and does not overheat. Games stutter yesterday I entered the bios set two options and suddenly the games stopped jamming the processor is on the board h310m s2h 2.0 from gigabyte. All other components are operational and have passed the appropriate tests. What do I need to turn on and what do I have to turn off to increase my performance in games, it seems to me that the motherboard set it wrongly because the games are jammed. Which options should I enable in uefi.

At the bottom under this text I wrote what options I have in uefi

These are all questions that you need to be asking your board vendor about. It is their design and their BIOS parameter implementation.
