HI,
Can anyone help me to find if the warranty is still valid for this CPU. (just only have the number on CPU, no CPU box)
i have a look at the following guide.
http://www.intel.com/support/processors/sb/CS-034064.htm Server — How to Identify My Intel® Xeon® Processor Markings for Warranty Requests
and using the following link to check...
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/warranty http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/warranty
but, not so sure about the ATPO, have tried but still cannot get the warranty detail.
Thanks in advanced.

Hi eminorb5,
Intel provides with 3 years of warranty on processors since the date of purchase. There are more information in the link below.
http://www.intel.com/support/processors/sb/CS-020033.htm Processors — Warranty Information
The Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2630 v3 was released on the Third quarter of 2014 so according to date of production is still under warranty.
