Hi all
I have a core i910850k and i want my PC fans to be quieter
Without undervolting in Intel XTU CPU stress test i get around 76-81 degrees Celsius. Power draw is around 167-170 Watts
I tried a -60 mV core undervolt and now i get around 66-72 degree Celsius and Power max TDP around 144 Watts
I have 2 questions:
1. will this undervolt lower my CPU performance
2. in general can i go even lower than -60mV for this CPU ?

Hello btimofte,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
I would like to let you know that we do not recommend to overclock or change the voltages of your processor since this may damage your processor and sometimes it voids the warranty.
If you would like to get more details about this and possible recommendations I advise you to get in contact with your motherboard manufacturer.
Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel.
