How to test Kabylake-Y CPU power

Dear Sir,

My CPU is M3-7Y30 Kaby lake-Y CPU, but I can not find "Power Delievry Test Plan(PDTP)" for VRTT tool test,

For Core/Pentium/Celeron family also not provide, how to test these CPU power?
