Hello, I Intalled on my laptop a Intel T3400 processor and I tested with SiSoftware Sandra. There I see a notice about microcode update from MU060F0DA3 to MU060F0DA4.
How can I update this microcode?
My laptop is a Acer Aspire 5315 with last BIOS update v1.45

Hello Silviu_25, the microcode of the processor updates automatically through BIOS updates on your board. Therefore I would recommend you to contact ACER so they can let you know if your laptop is running the latest BIOS available.

I have already installed the newest BIOS from the official support ste.
I do not think they will create a new update for this type of laptop because is sold with a CPU different from mine. I did upgrade to processor from Intel® Celeron® Processor 540 to Intel® Pentium® Processor T3400, so maybe is another method?

Unfortunately the only way to update the microcode will be through a BIOS update.
