I want to update drivers my processor

hello , i searched the site but i did not find something to help me . My processor is Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T7500 2.20GHz .

in properties of the processor i found this : Driver date : 21/6/2006 and Driver version : 6.0.6001.18000 .

my laptop is HP Compaq 8710w and it has : windows vista business , SP2 , 32-bit OS . 2gb ram

if someone can give me a link(exactly from the download page) to update my processor and tell me the steps i have to follow .

P.S. i tried to find it from downloadcenter.intel.com but it did not help at all

Gkas, when you installing drivers in a system, these are mostly related to the motherboard, not to the processor.

I recommend you to access HP website and search for the most recently drivers available. I found this link; you may want to check it out

On downloadcenter.intel.com you will be able to find tools such as the Intel® Processor Diagnostics Tool and Intel® Processor Identification Utility.
