Motherboard: ASRock Z690 PG Riptide
CPU: Intel i3-12100
RAM: Crucial 8GB DDR4 3200MHz CT8G4DFRA32A
PSU (option 1): be quiet! S9-CM-600W
PSU (option 2): Chieftec GPS-650AB A
OLD GPU: EN9600GT/HTDI/512M/A
Unfortunately, I ran into a problem during my last PC build. After installing the elements used above, the PSC's VGA and BOOT LEDs light up.
I tried taking it apart and putting it back together again. I also tried two different power sources, and also tried all the RAM slots.
The only solution was to install an old video card, and the system booted and everything worked well. However, as soon as I try to restart the system without the old GPU, the problem appears again.
I tried the latest and oldest BIOS versions, and on the motherboard's site recommended one (3.02).
If you have any tips that could help, I would appreciate it.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Peter

Thank you for your reply. I already wrote to them, I just wanted to check from the CPU side, to see if anyone has encountered this problem.
