what could cause this? faulty sensor? maybe a faulty cpu?

Im getting intermittent bluescreens when using the pc.

BSOD: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Caused by driver: ntoskrnl.exe

i've checked the ram, ssd and gpu, so it has got to be something with the cpu

You want a 13-year oldd processor to run perfectly?  First, you are not supported.  Second, change the thermal paste and clean the cooler and fans.
