Muchas gracias por la intención de ayudarme, responderé las preguntas que me has realizado .
El procesador se caliente apenas enciendo el computador, nisiquiera realizó tareas y esta con procesos que agan que la temperatura sean altas.
El problema comenzó hace 3 meses aproximado lo guarde y lo he probado de vez en cuando
Los programas que utilizo son Hwmonitor , Core Temp.
He leído sobre el problema y me da la impresión que la placa del procesador que se une al los nucleos se soltó, por consecuencia hace que aya 1 espacio y por eso aumenta la temperatura de algunos nucleos 3 y 4.
Ayer me percate al entrar a la página de Intel y poner los números de serie de la caja del procesador que aún cuenta con garantía vigente.
