I recently got a CPU temperature program which detects and tell me what my CPU temperature is, as I used it I discovered when using 40%-100%, it would bring the temperature up to 90c. I have had this processor for a year and I'm not sure what to do. Will this have damaged my CPU if I've been using it at 90 degrees Celsius for the last year?
