Intel Atom N330 - Transition time and power consumption during system power mode change

I have ZOTAC-ION ITX board (Intel Atom N330, NVIDIA ION GPU) running. Its power consumption statistics are as follows: Hibernate: 2W, Sleep: 3W, Idle: 25W, CPU load : 30W (average).

I am working on a dynamic power management project where I need the complete power model of the board, i.e., the transition times to switch among different power modes and the resulting power consumption incurred during the mode transition. Is there any way I can get these statistics?
