Hello Kerzzan,
Thank you for reaching the Intel Communities.
Can you please provide the following information in order to better assist you:
Graphics driver version:
Are you using a discrete graphics card?
Power plan selected (in Windows):
To what format are you rendering?
Do you have the latest update/patch installed in the software you are using (Sony Vegas):
Do you run other programs/games while rendering?
Have you tried using a different software to render?
In regards to your statement "rendering in sony vegas, after effects, premiere, its not so fast as it should be", How fast should the program run?
In addition to the information requested above, please download and run the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility Intel® System Support Utility and attach the report as well as the http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005848.html Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers.

Ok, i can try to answer all of them:
1.Intel(R) hd Graphics 4600
2. Its integrated
3. Its on equilibrated
4. I'm rendering to .wmv
5. Yes, i do have the last patch
6. I try to not touch the computer while rendering
7. Some renders, but the main problem develops in small and simple games, and i dont know why, but games like world of warcraft runs fine but other things like Swords with Sauce, Gmod, Warframe, and i know maybe they require good pc's, but as i said, my i3 laptop with 4gb ram used to run everything more equilibrated, in this pc.
8. Well i think they should render faster than an i3 laptop, not some minutes slower :/
