Intel Graphics Chipset

I have been playing an MMO online game for many years now. But after their last upd ate I get a "Hardware Feature Level 10" error message and the game closes. I am running Windows 7 and my Computer states say I am running Level 11. The last driver update was in 2015.

I have been presented with two options on which I have my doubts will be successful:

1) Upgrade to Windows 10 which SHOULD update the chipset driver or

2) Uninstall and reload my game. Again, over 5 plus years playing with no trouble until last game update.

Any help, or advice would be much appreciated!!

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).
