Hello @Lyu5555
Thanks for your message, I am sorry to hear that you are still experiencing your issue.
Regarding the installation issue that is present on your system, please follow the steps to repair the corrupt registries:
- Run the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter:
- Double click the downloaded file to open the tool
- Click on Advanced and make sure that the box associated with Apply repairs automatically is checked
- On the next screen click on Installing
- Wait until the inspection phase is complete and choose one of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable programs
- On the next screen click on No, try other fixes, and let the program run its course
- Repeat the above steps for all Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable programs installed and restart your computer
I hope you find this information useful.
Best regards,
Jean O.

Hello @Lyu5555
Thanks for posting on the Intel communities.
Keep in mind that we may not be able to translate screenshots attached to the thread.
Regarding your issue, since you mentioned that you have issues setting up the program, please try the following steps:
- Download IDSA, and run the installer as administrator (right-click on the icon and choose Run as Administrator)
- Add IDSA as an exception to your Antivirus or Firewall or disable these until the installation is completed.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Jean O.

Do not use IDSA. Use the Dell support tool.
Also, this thread is a year old. You should have started a new thread.
