Intel i5 14600KF msi bios settings

Basically, a friend of mine is trying to solve an issue Ive been getting for the past 3 months with my new pc (bsod's and brute restarts) and he sent me multiple settings I could change in my bios reguarding my cpu (i5 14600KF) in case it was what was causing the issue.

But the thing is what he sent me wasnt really the msi bios settings but more so general ones so I was wondering if support could help me figure out which settings are these on msi BIOS:

(i have the latest version)

Enable: CEP (Current Excursion Protection) [this one was the same on the msi bios]

Enable: eTVB (Enhanced Thermal Velocity Boost)

Enable: TVB (Thermal Velocity Boost)

Enable: TVB Voltage Optimizations

Disable: ICCMAX Unlimited Bit

Set TjMAX Offset to 0

Enable: C-states

ICCMAX = 175A/200A

ICCMAX_App = 150A/170A

Power Limits (PL's)

PL1 = 181W (recommended)

PL2 = 143W/181W

also ive already been to local techsupports twice, and they couldnt solve the issue, they didnt seem to know what could be causing it at least they thought it was the win 11 on my pc that was incompatible for some reason even though my motherboard is supposed to be so they switched it to win 10, it worked for 2 weeks and just stopped working again like always (it does that all the time for some dumb reason).

anyways Thx in advance!

Hello GDfrench,

Thank you for posting in our communities.

The BIOS settings that your friend shared are the Intel-recommended settings to address the instability issue.

For further guidance on applying the Intel-recommended BIOS settings, please get in touch with MSI since they are the ones with the most experience in navigating or configuring their products.

Furthermore, for more information with regards to the 13th and 14th gen instability issues, you may also check out the following links below:
