What are the memory specifications for your motherboard?   That is what you should be looking at.

You are mixing up your voltages. For DDR3 memory, all DIMMs are expected to be able to run at 1.5V. For DDR3L memory, all DIMMs are expected to be able to run at 1.35V. Of course, higher speed DIMMs may require a higher voltage when enabling these higher speeds. For example, I have seen DDR3-1866 DIMMs that require only 1.5V when running at 1333MHz but require 1.7V when running their XMP profile for 1866MHz.

In your case, the important thing to look for is whether your motherboard is supporting DDR3 or DDR3L memory.

Hope this helps,
