Debian 9 (Stretch) was firstly installed, Then I found out it didn't support the graphics well, I upgraded the kernel version from 4.9 to 4.15. Now the resolution seems coming back, but
glxinfo | grep -i opengl
shows it's using VMWare's driver. Install libs like qt5-defaults ended up with lots of unmet dependencies related to opengl.
Is there a way to make the system use intel's graphics driver ? Thanks!

In order to enable the Intel® graphics on the operating system we recommend you to refer to https://01.org/ https://01.org/ for assistance on the case, you can also refer to the Debian communities https://forum.deviantart.com/ https://forum.deviantart.com/.
Hope this helps.
