Everyone says Windows 11 is buggy ... so why do people want to test it?

Ask Microsoft.

Yeah, well ... a lot of people are posting on here that they are insiders, so I'm wondering why they want to do that?

Well, since you ask, I think it is a bad idea. These insiders are people who are supposed to test the various releases and help identify bugs. In my opinion, they are obsessed with having the latest code, providing no feedback to Microsoft, and think they should be treated like they have a production OS and do not understand that they have to submit these bug reports to Microsoft, not Intel. If the insider program was working, the production release builds SHOULD have far fewer bugs and problems. Example: Every release since 2015 has broken vlans and teaming. And, not a single insider can test for this on alpha and beta builds? Before Microsoft moves on to W11, they should fix W10 first.
Just an opinion, mind you, just an opinion.

Are you too young to remember Microsoft Vista?

Well...
XP = Good
Vista = Bad
7 = Good
8 = Bad
10 = Good
11 = Take a guess...

Exactly! I could have gone with W8 just as easily, but Vista still makes me ill.
