Is this temperature sensor working fine?

I bought a ASUS zephyrus laptop (i7-9750h) , but I thought the temperature sensor of CPU in my laptop was defective so I sent it back.

But they said it was fine and charged restocking fee.

I used Intel XTU. The temperature sensor wasn't stable. Here's my video below.

The xtu is for X and K processors. You do not have an X or K processor.

If asus says it is fine, then that is the answer.

Regardless, the sensor is fine. Welcome to the world where, because Intel used TIM instead of solder, temperatures are more volatile. Combine this with Windows 10, which has so many maintenance tasks running in the background, and temperatures are a *lot* more volatile.
