cant not find any patches or updates to resolve this and become PCI Compliant.

That advisory will (roundabout) take you to a download for a newer version of the Chipset Device Software tool (to save you time, here's direct link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19347/chipset-inf-utility.html).
Now, if simply running the executable (and rebooting) does not seem to do the job, try running it again (and rebooting), but this time run it using command line "SetupChipset /overall" (from a PowerShell window, command would be ".\SetupChipset.exe /overall").
