I have a new MSI G222 computer.

In my device manager, I have the following error:

KabyLake PCI Express Root Port # 10 - A2BI

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A2B1&SUBSYS_7A721462&REV_00\3&11583659&0&A2 had a problem starting.

Driver Name: oem23.inf

Class Guid: {4D36E97D-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

Service: pci

Upper Filters:

Problem: 0x1F

Problem Status: 0xC0000010

The search for an updated driver says that I already have the best driver installed.

How do I resolve this?

You need to reinstall the latest INF Update package (available here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/20775/Intel-Chipset-Device-Software-INF-Update-Utility-?product=46644 Download Intel® Chipset Device Software (INF Update Utility)). This time, download the ZIP file, extract its contents to a folder, open a DOS box at this folder and then run the tool with command line "SetupChipset -overall".

Hope this helps,
