No E-Cores showing up on Intels ETU? I13700k

Found the solution it was my settings in my misconfig advanced settings somehow i had number of processers selected to 16 or something and the box was checked, strange bc i didn't do this at least i don'tScreenshot 2024-09-15 114900.png recall it not since yesterday. Whatever its fixed now. Now i know.

ok so there is serious lag in my computer, i dont know what could be the cause of this? please help it was fine yesterday.
