Overheating on intel i7 12700H

Hello!
I have an intel i7 12700H processor. I got some big overheating issues lately, while gaming the cpu is at about 90-100 degree celsius with Turbo Boost deaktivated so it only has like 1,8 - 2 GHz. Since its so hot it frequently Power Throttles (Thats what it says in XTU) so the games I play get unplayable. It doesnt matter what game I play it is the same issue in every game

I disabled Turbo boost with Throttle Stop and also tried out changing the PL1 and PL2 values in XTU but that didnt really help.

If needed my specs are:

Intel Core i7 12700H

Intel Arc A730M

32 GB RAM

2 TB Phison SSD

I hope someone can help me i really dont know what to do

The Core i7 12700H would indicate that this is a laptop. Laptops tend to run hot in Gaming mode, to what extent largely depends on background temperatures and the performance of the cooling system. I think you should remove ThrottleStop and change the PL1 and PL2 values back to their original settings. If there is no improvement in temperatures then raising this as a support issue with the laptop manufacturer is probably your best course of action.
