There is no overclocking on your processor. As I have stated before, only X and K processors can be overclocked. You do not have an X or K processor.
What you are talking about is turbo boost, which is not overclocking.

Turbo Boost is enabled or disabled in BIOS Setup. The default is to enable Turbo Boost. If you think that Turbo Boost has been disabled, either find the parameter in BIOS Setup and set it back to Enabled or simply set the entire BIOS configuration to defaults.
