Single Sign-On Error

Im trying to RMA a CPU

Every time i got to https://supporttickets.intel.com/warrantyinfo?lang=en-US and try to request an RMA i get an error

tried on Chrome, Edge, Firefox, incognito tab, 2 different accounts.

Nope, got a reply that they will respond me on 21st of March... so im unable to use my pc and cannot create a ticket, awesome.
