Suitable substitution for 19 - Intel Xenon X5690 processors

I would like to build a computer to do High-Throughoutput screening. I have previously used one with 19 Intel Xenon X5690 processors running at 3.4 GHz and with 95 GB of RAM.

Can anyone recommend a suitable, more actual, substitution?
