Where is a complete list of CPUs and preferably motherboards that support TDX?

For example supermicro X13SEI-TF and Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6421N does not show TDX enabled in BIOS despite the 6421N having SGX support which is apparently required?

Dear mattipaksula,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the support for Intel® TDX technology on CPUs and motherboards. I understand that you are looking for a complete list of CPUs and preferably motherboards that support TDX, and I'm here to assist you with the information you need.

Intel® TDX technology is currently available on specific Sapphire Rapids Extreme Core Count (XCC) and Medium Core Count (MCC) CPUs as part of our technology readiness and enabling efforts. While we don't have a public list of XCC and MCC SKUs, I can guide you to the right resource.

To access detailed information about the 4th Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processor 2S Transition Guide, which covers the support for TDX and other relevant details, please visit the following link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/secure/design/internal/content-details.html?DocID=781216

Please note that accessing the link requires a CNDA (Confidential Non-Disclosure Agreement). This ensures the protection of confidential and sensitive information, and it's a standard procedure to maintain the integrity of our products.

This resource will provide the necessary guidance to determine which CPUs meet your requirements.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. Our team is committed to providing you with the support you need.

Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your interest in Intel® technologies.

Best regards,

Allan A.

Basically no Sapphire Rapids supports TDX - Emerald Rapids will, see https://github.com/intel/tdx-tools/issues/399
