TPM 2.0 support for Intel® HM86 motherboard

Does Intel® HM86 motherboard have TPM 2.0. Does it support Windows 11?.

Sorry, but I do not see where that laptop supports TPM.   Best to contact MSI and ask them.

We checked the information from the link provided and this laptop has an Intel® Core™ i7-4720HQ Processor, this processor has been discontinued. Due to this product being discontinued Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it. As AlHill

mentioned, you can also contact the laptop manufacturer for more information.
