Hello Alain:
There is no compatibility problem between the ASROCK Z170 Extreme 7 board and Intel® i7-6700K processor.
There is no known issue with the processor related to this specific problem.
Actually on ASrock site, it says that it is compatible with all the BIOS versions available for that board.
http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z170%20Extreme7+/?cat=CPU http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z170%20Extreme7+/?cat=CPU
You almost try all the troubleshoot steps we recommend in these cases, now, in order to make sure, the next thing to do will be to swap parts.
Do you have the option of using the board with a different processor?
If you do not have that option, that is no problem.
It seems to be that the problem is related to the BIOS, but, that will be the best way to find out, if ASrock states that the board is fine, you do have 3 years of warranty on the processor, and we can replace it for you.
Please let me know if you are interested in doing that.

Hello Alain:
Since the problem started due to a BIOS update, from version 2.6 to the last 3.00, you can always try to do a BIOS downgrade and go back to version 2.6 or 2.5.
Are you using post card, or debugging tool, or you are seeing those codes in the LED of the board?
Is the PC booting to windows normally?
Do you have the option to use a different processor on that board?

Hi thanks for your back
I can usually downgrade in the bios 1.8 or above at the limit 2.5
I' ve a dbug code
It s doing this cycle:
Computer start auto - DBug 00 and stop (fan not work) do this 1 time and after computer restart auto - D bug 00 to 19 fan works and stay at this state.
I can't use another CPU, my I7 6700K cost me a lot of money

I note this between 2.5 works and 2.6/3.0
The main bios difference is:
1.Update microcode to 0x76.
2.Remove Sky OC function.

Hello Alain:
Thank you very much for that information.
At this point it is hard to tell for sure that the problem is the processor.
Since the problem started due to a BIOS update, that most of the times indicates the problem is with the board.
So, one option will be to use BIOS version 2.5, since that is the one that is working.
Since you don't have the option to swap parts, and the processor has 3 years of warranty, we can go ahead and replace it, there is no known issue about this, son, just in case, once you get the new processor, if the problem remains then it will be related to a different component.
If you are interested in the replacement, in order to do that, please get in contact directly with us through chat, email, online support or phone support, here is the link to do that, you just need to select the type of product you are interested in replacing and you will get those options:
