Unable to Install Intel APO (Application Optimization) from Microsoft Store

Hello, 

I have been unable to download the Intel Application Optimization app from the Microsoft Store. The 1.4 Stars on the App indicates many having the same issue....

All information I have found is related to ASUS motherboards. 

I have a Gigabyte Z790 Auros Master Motherboard paired with an Intel i9 14900k CPU. I have updated all drivers available. 

This is what happens when I hit download on the store:

If I click 'See Details'
